Owner/Founder

Driving For Change

Human Capital Consultant

My passion for all things ‘human’ began at an early age. I have always been culturally inquisitive. I found myself in Mexico learning Spanish in high school, immersing myself in Asian markets while working for a global Semiconductor organization, working in Europe, and understanding about the cultural nuances between Europe and the US and striving to help others feel like they belonged, right where they were, just as they were, with who they authentically were. Living my life authentically, is the only place where I have found true joy, in spite of the many obstacles that make their way.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunities that have been afforded to me, to do the much needed and satisfying work in Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion.

My Philosophy

I have loved working in Corporate America in several different industries and was thrilled when I was first asked to lead Diversity and Inclusion efforts for a cable media and entertainment organization in 2006.  I didn’t understand  the power that had been given to me; to leverage the creativity of employees across a vast spectrum of differences and improve the internal work culture and employee experience. Diversity and Inclusion is a transformational change effort to be leveraged to achieve business results.  I knew that my life would not be the same after entering into the function of HR. After two decades, I continue to be grateful for joy the work affords me.
