More About Christal Morris
We believe we all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and work to our fullest potential
I have loved working in Corporate America in several different industries and was thrilled when I was first asked to lead Diversity and Inclusion efforts for Time Warner Cable’s west region in 2006. While I didn’t understand at the time, the power that had been given to me, to leverage the creativity of employees across a vast spectrum of differences to improve the internal work culture and the way that content would be brought into homes, I knew that my life wouldn’t be the same after entering into this discipline in HR. That has proven to be true.
Dr. Morris most recently served as IDEX’s first Chief Diversity officer, in Lake Forest Illinois, where she was responsible for the overall strategic direction for Inclusion and Diversity, Engagement, and IDEX’s collegiate program, a pipeline program developed to enhance and diversify entry level hires. continue with the rest.
